Join APVOFM
APVOFM strengthens the financial management of the
international development non-profit community through sharing knowledge,
improving professional skills, acting as a resource for information exchange,
and working as an advocate.
Become a Member!
The Association is open to organizations and individuals with an interest
in the financial management of nonprofit organizations. Focus is on
the particular needs and concerns of international development/relief groups.
Membership in the Association entitles you to:
- Reductions on registration fees for workshops and symposia sponsored
by the Association
- Materials from Association workshops and symposia
- Association updates which alert members to workshops, meetings,
regulations, and issues they should be aware of
- Discount rates on resources developed by the Association, such as
our annual indirect cost survey
- The Association newsletter, Tie Lines
In addition, APVOFM members...
- Are provided numerous opportunities to meet and contact counterparts
from other similar organizations
- Are provided a chance to contribute to the direction and
future of the Association
- Are given a voice in commenting on OMB Circulars and other relevant
government regulations as they are proposed
- Are allowed to post and receive job openings
Your help and participation are necessary to make the Association work.
If you are interested in joining the Association, please complete the
application attached and send a check to the Association.
Membership dues pay the costs of managing and organizing Association
activities, including the costs of printing and mailing. Since we
operate on a tight budget we can only send notices and newsletters to
those who are members.
