PRESENTERS:

Keith Edwards is the Director of Compliance for EngenderHealth, Inc. He has been with the organization for more nearly 15 years and has more than 20 years experience in compliance, grants and contracts, administration and management in the reproductive health field. Keith's extensive short term country visits and long term assignments in South Africa and as the Associate Director for Administration and Finance in EngenderHealth's East and South Africa Regional office based in Nairobi, Kenya has provided him with broad based experience in grants and contracts management, writing SOPs, conducting trainings and knowledge and interpretation of USAID's rules and regulations. Keith is also a regular trainer on USAID rules and regulations for InsideNGO.

Beverly Morris Armstrong is Vice President for Finance and Administration for Pathfinder International, a leading reproductive health and family planning organization with offices throughout the developing world, headquartered in Watertown , Massachusetts . Ms. Armstrong has served in a variety of senior staff roles for several non-profits, including the Universities of Chicago and Illinois , the American Bar Association, The Pacific/Asian American Mental Health Research Center, and the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. She spent some years as a shared resource (along with a postage meter and a high-speed copier) for the Metropolitan Planning Council, Friends of the Parks, Corporation for Open Lands , the Open Lands Project, the Upper Illinois Valley Association, and the Wetlands Research Institute. Her undergraduate major was medieval political philosophy, and her graduate degree is in accountancy. She is a CPA, and lives with her archaeologist husband and two small daughters in Cambridge, Massachusetts .

Eric Walker , VP, Corporate Services, PATH, and Chairperson of InsideNGO, has extensive experience working with USAID. Eric has worked for four different Private Voluntary Organizations that have received grants, cooperative agreements and contracts from USAID and numerous other funders. Eric has led many Association training workshops including our annual Indirect Cost Workshop, USAID Rules and Regs Workshops, partnering, cost-share, and risk assessment, and Working with USAID. Eric's very approachable training style combines a broad range of experience and a practitioner's approach with a good sense of humor.
